CyberCare is an AI-powered customer care for global tech companies, blending smart automation with human touch. We worked on redesigning the public website to modernise visual narration of the companies goals and values.

The goal was to create a playful yet professional site that highlights people experiences, companies field of work and goals. It had to support high volume of visual imagery in an engaging way and guide different users through the companies processes.

Our main challenge was finding the right balance between playful visual elements and clarity from the user’s experience while navigating a website. When this balance works, it sparks curiosity and invites interaction from the user.
